With the scent of flowers, the peaceful garden, and lake views, this is the perfect place to experience Bellagio in tranquility, immersed in nature and just a 10-minute walk from the historic center. A major highlight is the free private parking reserved for guests—a rare convenience in Bellagio—allowing you to leave your car behind and stroll into town. The 75 sqm cottage accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, moka pot, American coffee maker, kettle, and toaster), 2 bathrooms, and an air-conditioned loft bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. Outside, a private patio with dining and lounge areas awaits, perfect for starting your day with lake views or enjoying dinner outdoors. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and iron. A crib, high chair, and stroller are available free of charge upon request. The fireplace cannot be used, as per regional regulations. Please note there are internal stairs and stairs to access the cottage. Breakfast is not provided.
